I have 2 vacant lots that I would like to leverage to buy another piece of property. Where can I get a loan against or a loan using the vacant land as collateral ?

I would appreciate some ideas...Thank You

Just so you know, vacant lots will command a mere fraction of what most of us investors need. You can look at your own tax bill for your own home and see the proportion - I happen to live in the SF Bay area. My tax bill says my land amounts to $550 of my tax and the only reason it's that much is the tax for sewer and some other things that a vacant parcel won't have. The point is that unless your land is in Manhattan or Nob Hill SF, it won't have much value. It's the structures on the land that make it valuable. Without structures, not worth a whole lot, generally.
