Sorry about the previous test! I didn't want to type the stuff up and then be told I couldn't post it! I was referred to a "very knowledgeable " mortgage guy who has told me I have a problem. I'm trying to refi (cash out) a couple properties that are in an LLC. He says I need to deed them out to me personally and then wait 6 months for seasoning. Others finding same thing? This guy was referred and in an area where I don't live. I've mentioned I want to get to cash on a couple properties in expectation of seeing some opportunities soon. Any actual current knowledge or experience appreciated. Rich
