How to get LLC financing.

I have an LLC and plenty of cash for a downpayment but every bank i talk to says they do no lend to business for purchase of residential property. How do I get financing for my real estate llc? I read that having rental property is better inside an llc but how if you banks wont lend to llc.

One way to work this is to buy the property in your name, then transfer to a trust with the LLC as the beneficiary. This helps you get the best rates on your loan, while protecting it with your LLC using the exceptions provided to the due on sale clause provided through the St Germain Act of 1982.
