Funding issue on property with City lien for demolition
Hi, team
I recently bought a multifamily (8 unit) property in Detroit. The neighborhood is booming and its great investment but it needs intensive rehab. The lender I was working with is having issues funding the property because it has a city lien on title for demolition. The order was deferred but the lien remains till rehab is completed. I have few other projects so I cannot fund this flip at the moment. Does anyone know a lender who can work with such property?
