Lending Duty Association

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with Lending Duty Association?  They offered me a buy and hold loan at 4% interest for 30 years with $1880 as a "Cost of Registration."  They said the cost of registration was so they can proceed in preparing the loan.  Does this sound legit?

Thanks,

Justin

Who in the world would loan money at 4% for 30 years?  This is a scam, @Justin Wilson.  You will never see a dime of this loan.
