Cash Out Refi with Delayed Financing St. Louis, MO
I closed on an investment property in St. Louis, MO late May 2019. I paid cash for the property and would like to do a cash out refi. All the lenders I've spoken with, 16 and counting, require a 6 month seasoning period to use the current appraisal value of the home. Is there a more direct way to find a lender that would provide a cash out refi using the current appraised value on a property with 3 months seasoning?
