20% down conventional loan

Hello,

Looking for known lender options that require only 20% instead of 25% for a down payment on an investment property.  First couple I've found require 25% BECAUSE its investment.

Sincerely,

Jeff

20% is the norm for Non-QM Lenders and 15-20% for Conventional Lenders.  I'm not sure where you've looked but the majority of lenders will operate on this basis.  All the big banks too.
