Hi BPs,

I am located in CAlifornia and in the beginning stage of BRRRR strategy. Purchase a home in Corona, CA through private money funds- in the process of Rehab and moving to next step: Refinance.

Anyone has any referrals for non-traditional lenders? I am not able to get traditional conventional financing. I don't need 30 year- 5/7/10 years are perfect.
