Overseas mortgage for non-EU citizens nor residents is possible?

I come from Egypt and am living in Dubai but would like to apply for mortgage with an EU bank. Is it possible to apply for a mortgage with a bank overseas? Otherwise, any advice? Please note that I have a bank account in Prague, Czechia as I lived there before relocating to Dubai.
