Comm. Lenders for non resident foreign investors in Massachusetts

Hello all,

We are working with a buyer that is a non resident foreign, with local US entity and local US account (with funds). He is about to make offers on few properties and our biggest problem right now is to find a lender that is willing to finance more than 5 units properties.

We are working with a local lender who can help us to finance at 40% down the 1-4 units but it is more difficult to find someone who can do anything over 4 units.

Do you know of any lender in the area (or national) that can help us?
