Any resources for comparing mortgage broker fees?
Has anyone found a good resource for comparing mortgage brokers fees? I had no problem getting a broker in Pennsylvania who only charged lenders 1 percentage point and passed the saving on to me. Looking in Virginia everyone seems to be charging the maxable allowed, 2.75%
