Brrrr Financing question
Hey guys,
I am in the process of buying a duplex and wanted to know how long you have to wait after purchase (with cash) to finance the property with a lender.

Different lenders have different requirements, so you'll have to call around and see what is available. From what I've seen, a lot of banks will require a 6 month 'seasoning period'.
