Low cost buy and hold properties
Good afternoon,
I’m currently looking at multiple rental properties with a lot of them having tenants in place. The issue I’m having is the properties range from mid $20 to mid $40,000 range and most investment type loans have a minimum of $50 to $75,000. I’ve looked at portfolio loans but they also have a per property minimum. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
