Is their anyone in Canada or maybe in the states using RRSP to invest in residential real estate. If you are in Canada who do you use as the trustee besides TD Waterhouse. I am also interest to know different ways you structured your loan? exmp( 8% rate, 5yr term, no payment until the end of the term)
