Bank Reporting Issue - killed my credit

I have a house under contract and found out the Bank my MHP mortgage is through has had reporting issues.  They haven't reported that I have paid the last 3 Months and it shows that my Credit is now 580, was 820!   They have claimed to me twice now that they have or are fixing the issue....I have all the documentation that the checks have been cashed and payments made, with emails from the bank admitting the error.  I need a pre qual letter for this new deal "now" and hoping I can work around this issue. Should I still fill disputes even though "bank is working on it"?  Will new banks take my info and see the error and still loan to me? Should I get a Lawyer and play hardball? Just wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone has had to deal with this or if anyone has suggestions on how to proceed.
