Fanny/Freddy adding guarantee fee?

Have you guys heard anything about this? My loan keeps getting pushed back due to other loand taking presidence due to some guarantee fee?

These loans need to close by months end or they lose their rate guarantee supposedly?

ALl I know is it is holding up my loan in UW!!!!! grrrrrrr
