Looking for financing options for a 17 unit single home package for site scattered property for a client. Properties are in Durham North Carolina, buyers are in California. Looking for information about small local banks or lending options that will treat this as a portfolio etc. any resources or advice is much appreciated. Thank you! Stephanie

@Stephanie Kerr, many local banks and CUs will do a blanket loan. I was just looking into them myself. You can also reach out to some non-bank lenders. I chatted with Visio, CoreVest, and Capital Funding Financial.
