Financing for a Fannie Mae Auction property
Hi,
I was previously looking at a property listed for sale that qualified for Homepath financing as well as the homepath reno loan.
I was in the process of getting pre approved and doing my due diligence on the home.
My realtor abruptly informed me that the property is no longer for sale and is getting ready for auction.
My question is this:
If I bid on this property and win, is it still eligible for Fannie Mae homepath and reno financing?
Thanks
