Wilmington NC Credit Union

Looking to get a HELOC to get access to some of the great appreciation that we've been getting from home prices lately. Anyone have good luck with local credit unions? I'm looking to find a bank with the best loan to value ratio that I can find, but certainly above the typical 80% I've seen from the big banks.

@Michael Cook, I currently bank with Corning Federal Credit Union. Corning has been great to me so far but I have not taken a HELOC from them before. Shoot me a message and i'll send you my contact.
