It seems that everyone else is on point on my team and right there when I need them except the most important one  lol 😂  #1stworldproblems

 You should be working with someone reasonably easy to reach. That doesn't necessarily mean picks up on the first ring, since they may already be on the phone, but you should be getting callbacks within a day at least. Ping @Andrew Postell, he's in Texas. 

Fun fact: when it's two professions that both spend a lot of the time on the phone (LOs and escrow officers, f. ex), phone tag can take the better part of a day before one calls the other and the other isn't already on the phone.
