How long to wait between loans?

We started out with a cash out refinance on our personal home, closed in February.  Since, we have purchased 4 properties. We have a hard money lender with some and. Just want to know when to start shopping for the refinance.  We have good credit but not excellent, working on that but takes time.  

Any suggestions on when is a good time? 6 months? Now?  Any suggestions on a good bank?  We were going to go to a few local credit unions to start the shopping.  

We have 3 houses rented, one we own, two we own but would like to get out of the private money. And the 4th house is our BRRRR that is in the middle of the remodel.
