Non warrantable condo in Arizona

Anyone at bigger pockets have any recommendations, Im looking to refinance a property and improve the 8 % rate on a non-warrantable condo in Arizona. 

Options 5/1 portfolio, etc...

Reason for non-warrantable is someone owns greater then 50% of the property
