Note Investor Friendly States

With all of the new bills going against note investors (notes and CFDs), especially in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio, what are some of your favorite States to invest in? Some things I consider are foreclosure timeframes, licenses, and eviction vs. foreclosure parameters.

@Saravanan Saravanan

- 6 month redemption period

- If tax sale, all funds from the sale goes to the county

- CFD - 50% equity, must foreclose as opposed to eviction

- CFD - 90 day wait period given to the borrower to reinstate

All in all, MI is much better than OH and IN
