What are the current hard money lending rates?

What percentage returns do hard money lenders usually take before they distribute back to their investors?

Thanks in advance!

@Josh Cochran

Different hard money lenders have varing rates based on the size of loan, % LTV, experience of borrower, risk factor for the location and type of renovation. If funds needed for rehab or not. Is there a 2nd loan or not. ..

Generally the rates have been 10%APR+ with loan costs like origination about 0% to 5%.

Good luck
