Updating a Recorded Note

I have a performing note that I filed at the courthouse. The problem, I had to change registered agents.  Now recorded lein has the wrong entity address. I've been looking for the best way to amend and update the record without duplicating the note with a new address, which would cause confusion.  Suggestions anyone?
