PMI Questions/Refund (FHA Loan)
Anyone familiar with PMI? I have an FHA loan which naturally has PMI. I understand that once at 80%, you can request the PMI to be removed and once at 78% it is to be automatically removed. Well I'm at 75% and I'm still paying PMI (I didn't think my lender would automatically remove it). Is it a possibility to get refunded for the PMI I've over paid?
