Secondary Residence HELOC Lenders in Colorado?

I recently got a HELOC on a secondary home I own in Colorado through Vectra Bank. Unfortunately Vectra is a horribly outdated bank and a nightmare to work with. Does anyone have a recommendation for where I can get a HELOC of this kind?

Read below for some quality Vectra bashing.

Unfortunately Vectra, which is actually a subsidiary of Zion's Bank, has terrible customer experience! The rate was fine, and the approval process was fairly quick, compared to US Bank, who gave me mixed answers and lots of misinformation about their own policies.

But literally every single week I have encountered increasingly frustrating issues with everything from Vectra's online banking site, customer services phone line, debit cards, you name it! Long story short I am absolutely frightened to actually use my HELOC with Vectra given the nightmare that it's been to bank with them. Help!
