Any recommendations on asset lending companies for NY & NJ

Any recommendations on asset lending companies servicing NYC & NJ..I really need to borrow against my equity in my house to leverage on more deals...I already did 3 different refi between 2017-2018 on these properties in NYC and Jersey City. My mortgage broker said it wouldn’t make any sense refi again with all the fees involved. Any suggestions?
