401k Loan - Do funds need to season?
Been searching around for an answer to this, but found nothing concrete.
I took a 401k loan to use as a down payment on my first buy and hold. Will I need to season these funds for 60 days? I read some things from @Chris Mason that if they are secured funds it's not necessary.
Also this loan shouldn't be calculated with my DTI, correct?
