I have a property in Pittsburgh a 2 unit commercial property, it is appraised at 70,000, I have it for 3 months I took a hardmoney loan to rehab it, I want to refinance, my credit score is around 650 no income verification, I want to take out as much as possible. Any one can help contact me.
