Need to provide a letter from a CPA
Try to Refi. My lender is asking for this.
Letter from your CPA in regards to your assets in your business accounts stating that the funds are not advancements against future earnings of future cash distributions – have your CPA write this on their letter head then have them sign and date.
My CPA won’t write a letter for me.
Any recommendations?
