Refinancing under a LLC

I bought 2 multi families cash in Newark NJ and now I would like to refinance but the bank offer me money under my name but I have the properties under an LLC and I would like to take the loan under the LLC no under my name where I would have to present all personal income, etc.

Does anyone knows how is the process to take a loan under an LLC?
