I have found a great deal, but its a cash only deal and i don't have it. Its a 5 br 2 bath that needs cosmetics and appliances for 80k. Easily 160k arv. I will need the 80k for purchase and can front the repair costs myself as well as do the work. Will split profits with the funder or if anyone can point me to a hard money lender. Much appreciated.
