Purchased property from Auction, basement has bowed foundation.

Hello All,

I purchased a property from sheriffs Auction, basement has bowed foundation, however it seems that the previous owners have fixed the issue.  I see about 8 or 10 piers installed.  The questions is would there be any problems for me in obtaining a traditional loan that the foundation is fixed.  If I were to sell the property would there be any issues with the buyers being able to obtain a loan with the fixed basement.

Thank you, Raffi
