Looking for an investor to help w/ obtaining 15 rental properties

We have been getting started in the rental property business and we currently have 2 properties and actively looking for more and found an amazing opportunity to purchase 15 already occupied rental properties. The average rent collected from all properties per month is $13,500. All house are in good shape and most renters have been renting long term.
