3 properties in - now what?

I've been a lurker on these forums for a long time and I decided last year to take action. I have acquired 3 SFR properties in the Dayton, OH area for a combined of about 104k under my LLC. I suspect on paper they are valued in the 130k combined. I have the deeds for all 3 and they are bringing in a gross rental income of $2,250 per month.

So what's my next best move to expand my portfolio?
