Living in Central FL and looking for a lender/ broker who will write a Conventional Loan with less than 20% down on a multi unit property.

I have talked with several brokers but seems they all want to put me in an FHA then they tell me just refi in the future. Help, Guidance, Referrals Appreciated. TIA!

@Lance S. If you are purchasing as an investment property then 25% is required for a 2-4 unit property.  Anything less than 25% will not be a conventional Fannie loan.
