Massachusetts Primary Residence HELOC

Hi all! As my wife and I are just completing a 15 month live-in renovation we are beginning the search for a HELOC to redeploy the equity. We are in Eastern Mass. and currently do business with DCU and Central One credit unions. I've looked online and can see most of the rates / terms of the local, nationwide, and online banks, but am looking to get some input on experiences and growth with a particular bank as we will be looking to do more business. Any pros / cons and things to look out for would be greatly appreciated.

Check out this link - Renovation - if you'd like to see some of the bigger projects before / after. My dad and I did all of the work besides hardwoods and carpet, wife designed every inch.

Thanks!

Ed

@Ed Maione DCU has a good reputation.  We used them for our solar loan (48 panels on a barn 300' from our home).

I also like Rockland Trust as we just did another re-fi with them.  I've been a customer with them since 1985.  We did an "express mortgage".  About 5%, serviced in house, 20 years.  We do have to do our own escrow for taxes and insurance.

Bridgewater Savings has some good lending options too.
