How anyone heard of privatelendershome.com?

Has anyone ever heard of privatelendershome.com? It's a website that supposedly verifies private money lenders to help give them credibility. I just am looking for feedback on if anyone know of this or has used this website to verify lenders. Thanks!

I always try to do a few things to see how "legit" any site is. Interview their tech like you would a business partner and see what it says about them. https://www.cubdomain.com/site/privatelendershome.com.  Take a look at the Alexa traffic ranking and see how it is non existant, compared to if you looked at say bigger pockets.  Tells me its pretty obscure.  You can see in the site headers as well that its using php 5.6 which is no longer supported as of December 2018.  https://builtwith.com/detailed/privatelendershome.com tells me that they are using a lot of canned content mostly built in 2017 so they probably haven't been around that long.  Certificate issue by lets encrypt who is a freebie, most legit businesses in the financial realm will have a paid certificate. Its not a deal breaker, but overall newer company, cheap on the tech, and site a bit neglected in terms of updates... If the rest of their business is run the same...
