Will banks allow a college student to qualify for a refinance?

Hello everyone I'm looking at this property that could potentially be a brrrr. To finance I plan on using a private money lender and then refinance 6-12 months after the seasoning period. I'm curious to wonder if banks will allow a college student with no job qualify for a refinance?
