@Tyler Hodgson is closing on one in Grapevine tomorrow and handles MFH investments better than any other lender I've worked with. 

Best suggestion I have for you is run numbers with multiple mortgage brokers. Let them compete against one another, just as you should for shopping around with anything this large of a purchase, and take whoever is willing to give you the best service & numbers.
