203K and FHA Loan, the same?
In reading about FHA and 203K loans, I am finding limited information on 203K. From what I've read, you can only have one FHA loan. Can you have a FHA loan AND a 203K loan? ...or will you need to refinance your FHA loan before a 203K loan can be considered?
Also, are there limited lenders for 203K loans? I've never seen advertisement for 203K loans like I have FHA loans.

A 203k is a Type of fha loan....the regular one is a 203b. Many lenders “do” 203k loans, but you want one with the most experience you can find. Agents are typically the best recommendations for lenders.
