Im about to close on a house unfortunately the traditional way has once more mess with me... I have an income of $382 a week for child support that I’ve been getting every week for the past 6 years.... unfortunately because if given to me cash it can’t be use as income on the loan app as is not been deposited to the account.... Out business is doing really good... I just need a break!!! Anyone willing to help please contact me ASAP. Any ideas on how to get fast funding!!! Closing is set for January 31... however everything is in place.... I don’t want to lose this opportunity!!!

Blanca - you may try the non traditional approach. I just closed a deal with Athas Capital in California and they don't care where the money comes from, they don't look at DTI ratio or require any reserves.
