Investor loan Contracts and steps to create contracts

Hello Everyone!

I plan to buy an apartment complex for my next investment. I will need investors to fund the down payment.
I was thinking that I would request 100K minimum from each investor. I do not know how this process works or what paper work/contracts I need in order to confirm the terms of the investment. Can anyone provide steps needed to get through this process, what is needed, and where to get the contracts?

I would like to pay my investors monthly while the property cash flows.

Thank you!
Mason
