Hello,

I am currently in a contract to purchase a small multi family property. While I have no problems going to a bank/credit union, I would prefer to give my business to investors directly instead of large financial institutions.  Ofcourse it has to be mutually beneficial.

So if there are people / small group of people who would be interested to fund the kind of investment, I am very interested to discuss.

I can still do pretty much the conventional like 25% down.  The prop price is 510K, which I am still negotiating on the price based on our due diligence.  If interested to talk, please call or reply.

Sincerely, Thank you.

Naveen.
