HELOC on Home & Retirement Funds
I recently had a client indicate that he has a HELOC available to him based on the equity in his property and the value of his retirement funds. Does anyone know of banks that will do this with a high LTV (around 90% with HELOC included)? We currently have a 90% LTV HELOC, but I would love be able to tap into the value of my retirement accounts (as collateral) without actually having to distribute funds from those accounts and sell the underlying assets. My residence is located in California.
