Non conventional loan options for a live in flip

I've got a house under contract, but because of my work history, the bank is skeptical about giving me a loan. What other options are there if I want to do a live-in flip? The house needs mostly cosmetic upgrades, it should get done in 6 months. I have the cash for the renovations and 5% down from my previous flip. Does anyone have some creative solutions?
