loan to buy a commercial land
I am interested in a commercial land but I have about 250000 shortfall in cash. I have about 2 million worth of equities on rental properties and plan to sell some of them to fund the purchase when they are ready but it takes time. The seller does not want to do owner financing.
Now I am researching following options:
1) Heloc on rental property, I got good FICO (>800) but my DTI is close to 45%;
2) Cash out refinance on some rental properties
Any other options? Any suggestions?
