Financing Options for Residential Multifamily Properties

Hi,

I am looking to financing options for my first multifamily property. I would like to find a top notch mortgage broker to work with on financing for residential multifamily properties (1-4 units) in Washington State. I have contacted local brokers and banks but most only have access to a few banks. I would love to work with someone who has a farther reach and see what additional opportunities there are for traditional financing. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

No need to reinvent the wheel (assuming you qualify for a standard convention loan). Or if you don't currently have one, you can even do FHA.
