Say you have a property listed/foreclosed/pre-foreclosed that is already at BRRRR value. Is there anyway to purchase straight off with no money down!? EQUITY BUILT IN?!?! My subject property needs minor cosmetic repairs and can be done easily and quickly. It is at 75% value and should rent easily. 3/2/2 and 2031 sq ft.

yes. if the property is right and you can buy it at 75% then you won't need a downpayment.

banks don't care about downpayment so much, they care about LTV.
